Non-urgent advice: Why Work at GPS Healthcare?
GPS Healthcare Primary Care Network (PCN) is a supportive, innovative and dynamic at scale provider working across 6 sites based in the Solihull locality, with a population of 40,000 patients. We are continually seeking new ways to support and improve local healthcare services to our patient population with training and development being at the heart of what we do, to benefit both our team and our-patient population therefore always looking for new members to expand our team.
Training and Development -
Clinical - Weekly internal education sessions, a personal CPD budget and the opportunity to shadow specialist clinics i.e. Dermatology, MSK and minor surgery.
Non-Clinical - Admin, system and IT ongoing training. Development opportunities and progression down various routes including mentorship.
Social Events - Including a Summer and Christmas Party & Charity events and fundraising like the wolf run and sports day.
Employee Involvement - Employee forum, Big Conversations, Suggestion Boxes, VIP Nominations and Awards.
