New Service Launch – Livi Video Consultations

We’re pleased to announce that GPS Healthcare is now live with Livi, offering secure video consultations with GPs as an extension of our existing services.

When is Livi available?
This service is available only during our usual operating hours and is not a self-referral service.

How do I access a Livi appointment?
You will need to submit a Blinx request online or contact our reception to complete a Blinx request on your behalf. If appropriate, a member of our triage team will book you into a video consultation with a GP via the Livi platform.

What happens once I’m booked in?
You will receive an SMS with a link to download and access the Livi app. To attend your appointment, you’ll need to:

  1. Click the link in the SMS
  2. Download the Livi app
  3. Register or log in
  4. Confirm your appointment within the app

Confirmation timeframes:

  • If your appointment is more than 90 minutes away, please confirm within 1 hour
  • If your appointment is within 90 minutes, confirmation is required within 30 minutes

Please confirm your appointment in the app to avoid a cancellation.
